valign='top' align='left'>I have been recovering from a nasty bit of food poisoning, and even though I have been recovering my forced inactivity has been chaffing. Especially with projects in limbo. Though I do feel loads better, and my hands have stopped hurting from a marathon knitting session. No doubt due to the enforced inactivity of being as weak as a kitten. If fact I am allowed to have Coffee Today, and from not having any coffee for 3 days boy am I in heaven. I am asking a few forums, but the more people I ask I am hoping to get some good answers. I have been finished with deep cleaning my Passap Duo for a few weeks. However I have carbon deposits on all of my pushers, needles, and u-shafts.  The U-shafts being the best with only minor deposits, as they were in the best condition with mainly flash rust, with a little surface starting on a handful. The Needles being the worst, as the black gunk setting on the needles was a perfect way for moisture to sit. From the solution I used to get rid of all of the rust that was starting to form. I have already [...]<table

valign='top' align='left'>I have been slacking again at my blog, however it has been extremely busy here. I have been a tish bit unwell and recovering from a savage bout of food poisoning. I have pictures awaiting unload onto the inter webs regarding the progress and result of Deep Cleaning my Passap Duo80. It is almost done. but I have found that I am having to remove the carbon deposits by hand as they are rough to the touch and aren&#8217;t shiny anymore. The needles and pushers of course. I am also working on a yarn cake bag of my own design. Love how it works, however it reminded me of my limitations, I was working on it for such a length of time in a row that between that and buffing the metal bits on my passap that it killed my fingers and wrists. The other half refused to allow me near any hand crafted projects. Then when I am finally able to get some project nailed down again, I get food poisoning. Was so not fun. Still recovering, but so not liking the forced inactivity. I like being busy. Still on the todo list is my TKGA course. But projects [...]<table

valign='top' align='left'>Is it proven science or just pulp fiction? A recent study has indicated that yarns give off certain pheromones that hypnotize women and cause them to purchase ungodly amounts of yarn. When stored in large quantities in enclosed spaces, the pheromones in the yarn causes memory loss and induce the gathering syndrome, similar to the one squirrels have before the onset of winter. Sound tests have also revealed that these yarns emit a very high-pitched sound heard only by a select few, known as stitchers. When played backward, the sounds are heard as chants.`Buy me! Knit me!&#8217; Furthermore, pheromones seem to cause a pathological need to secret the yarn purchases away when one takes them home and blend them into the existing stash. When asked by a significant other if the yarn is new, the reply is, &#8220;oh, I&#8217;ve had it for a while!&#8221; In order to overcome the so-called feeding frenzy effect that these yarns cause, one must wear a face mask when entering a storage facility, and use ear plugs to avoid being pulled into their grip. It is also beneficial to enter these storage facilities without the presence of cash or credit cards. Sad to say, the [...]<table

Some doctor on television this morning said that the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started. So I looked around my house to see things I&#8217;d started and hadn&#8217;t finished. So I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, a pokage of Prunglies, my Prozic and Valum scriptins, the res of the Chesesake ana box o choclets. valign='top' align='left'>Another finished WIP  my sons socks. He now has 2 pair, they fit to perfection, which is bad for a growing child. In my opinion anyways. I am getting better at sock construction, but I had wished that I had made them bigger. Also the short row heel just isn&#8217;t a good enough heel, I like how the flap heel is more fitted in the heel area. I have heard and seen of the tomato heel, I don&#8217;t know if I would like that one but the construction is a series of wedges, that flow around the heel. Maybe another son sock is in order to see if I like that heel. So far the Heel Flap has won me over. Though it is not conducive for toe-up construction. Just now he is starting to grow into the first pair I made.  I made bigger, it has lots of ribbing and I made the foot a little longer, perfect for a growing child. I am thinking my next pair for him is going to be tube socks, with extra elastic. That way his heel will always be where it needs to be. &#160; &#160;<table
