ABOUT TO REOPEN THE SHOP   I am back in production, had to get out of a bad situation, I am just having to fix the damage an abusive ex did to my equipment, luckily they are of excellent quality, it is just taking longer to get back to turning my beauties.

Handcrafted handcarved russian Support spindle for sale. I make, for my own pleasure, American-Russian Spiral-Skirted Support Spindles and American-Russian Spiral-Tip Plying Spindle. I have recently discovered this style of spinning and it has increased my joy of hand spindling. In addition it has lessened the strain to my joints when I started spinning via drop spindle style. For me this style of spinning is a keeper, and now my preferred and only method of spinning.

For your crafting pleasure: Handcrafted Russian Support Spindles are available for sale. My prices are dependent on wood selection, type of spindle, and if it is carved or not, and which shipping method you prefer. Payments are accepted through Paypal.

Within the US on Saturdays I can ship. Delivery confirmation and insurance is 2$ extra.

• Full Size Plying Spindle 14″ Length 1.25″ at the widest
• Full size spindle 11.5″ length .75″ at the widest
• Travel size Spindle 9.5″ length .75″ at the widest

Weight ranges from .6-1.5 oz but varies due to wood density, and type of spindle. Plying spindles range over 12″, weight ranges over 1oz due to it being wider and longer and will vary slightly due to wood density.
